Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our commercial flooring team. This position is pivotal in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in territory sales and a comprehensive understanding of various flooring solutions, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, tile, epoxy, and resinous options.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial flooring sector. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and outreach. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient project execution. Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide expert advice to clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and/or experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory sales, specifically in commercial flooring. Strong knowledge of various flooring products, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, tile, epoxy, and resinous materials. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
