We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our contracts team with essential administrative tasks. This long-term contract position offers flexibility in hours and is ideal for candidates with a background in healthcare or hospital environments. Responsibilities:

  • Upload new contracts and ensure they are accurately documented.
  • Follow up with hospital vendors to facilitate contract-related communications.
  • Conduct audits of existing contracts to verify compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with modifications to contracts, including updates to pricing and terms.
  • Support the team in negotiating contract renewals and extensions.
  • Maintain organized records and track contract statuses.
  • Handle data entry tasks related to contract administration.
  • Respond to inbound calls and address administrative inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative office support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
  • Proficiency in contract administration, including audits, modifications, and renewals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for vendor follow-ups and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with administrative office functions and receptionist duties.
  • Experience managing contract pricing and negotiations.
