This role supports the development, maintenance, and coordination of technical and operational documentation to meet customer and internal requirements. This opportunity is 100% remote./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCollect, organize, and analyze information required for the preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports./liliEdit and format functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and other customer deliverables./liliPrepare and maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, including procedures and methodologies, under general supervision./liliMaintain a current internal documentation library to ensure accuracy and accessibility of documentation./liliCoordinate and provide special documentation services as required./liliSupport basic financial and administrative tasks related to documentation efforts./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in technical documentation or a related field./liliMust possess an IT-III security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) at the time of proposal submission./li/ulh3Required Skills and Tools/h3ulliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:/liulliMicrosoft Word/liliMicrosoft Excel/liliMicrosoft Access/liliMicrosoft PowerPoint/li/ulliFamiliarity with project management tools and concepts./li/ulh3About Nationwide IT Services/h3pNationwide IT Services, Inc.
