What You’ll Do As a CPS, Inc. Recruiter
From day one, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process. That includes:
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Learning to understand client hiring needs and provide top-tier talent
Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
Developing your own book of business with guidance and support
Working collaboratively with a team that’s invested in your growth
Start Strong with Full Training & Mentorship
Our proven 16-week recruiter training program is designed to set you up for success. You'll receive:
Hands‑on training in sourcing, sales, and client management
Ongoing development and access to industry‑leading tools
Mentorship from experienced recruiters and leaders
Compensation & Growth
Base salary + commission
On‑target earnings (OTE): $50K–$90K+ in your first 12 months
