Litigation Secretary/Paralegal, Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a Litigation Secretary/Paralegal for a plaintiff personal injury practice in Campbell, CA. This is a temp-to-hire, onsite position with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule based on performance. Base pay range $33.00/hr - $45.00/hr Responsibilities Attorney & Litigation Support Assist attorneys and support staff with active litigation caseloads in plaintiff personal injury matters Prepare and serve legal pleadings, including complaints, motions, and discovery responses Draft and send correspondence and notices Document Preparation & Filing Draft, format, and finalize pleadings, reports, and correspondence Perform filing in California state courts Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines Case & File Management Organize electronic and paper files Enter court dates and deadlines into electronic calendaring systems Assist with compiling case-related documentation Scheduling & Calendar Management Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings Maintain calendars for multiple attorneys Team Collaboration Work closely with attorneys and staff to support efficient case management Contribute to team projects and assist with additional tasks as needed Qualifications At least 2-3 years of litigation experience, including discovery and filing legal pleadings Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong initiative Ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with different personalities and as part of a team Certification not required Work Environment Onsite schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for hybrid based on performance Collaborative and supportive work environment Parking available on site Please submit your resume for confidential consideration.
