Litigation Paralegal

for a

temp-to-hire

opportunity. This role is perfect for a detail‑oriented professional who excels in case management, drafting, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Responsibilities

Manage litigation files from intake through trial and appeal Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Organize and maintain case documents, evidence, and timelines Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics Conduct legal research and compile case information as needed Assist attorneys with trial prep, exhibit binders, witness lists, and evidence management Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel Qualifications

3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience (defense or plaintiff) Strong understanding of Georgia court rules and e‑filing procedures Exceptional drafting, organizational, and case‑management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Paralegal certificate preferred but not required if experience is strong What’s Offered
