Manufacturing Operator

The Manufacturing Operator plays a critical role in supporting high-quality production within the Filling Department. This position is responsible for filling, capping, labeling, and assembling sub-assemblies and finished goods while maintaining strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Much of the work is performed in clean manufacturing environments requiring PPE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill, cap, label, and assemble vials, bottles, and tubes according to established procedures
• Operate manual and semi-automated filling equipment safely
• Work in cleanroom and standard manufacturing environments while following PPE and safety requirements
• Complete required training and comply with ISO and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively to meet daily production goals
• Identify and address deviations to prevent non-conforming products
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow procedures and schedules independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift: 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
