Position Overview
The Manufacturing Operator plays a critical role in supporting high-quality production within the Filling Department. This position is responsible for filling, capping, labeling, and assembling sub‑assemblies and finished goods while maintaining strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Much of the work is performed in clean manufacturing environments requiring PPE.
Key Responsibilities
Fill, cap, label, and assemble vials, bottles, and tubes according to established procedures
Operate manual and semi-automated filling equipment safely
Work in cleanroom and standard manufacturing environments while following PPE and safety requirements
Complete required training and comply with ISO and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively to meet daily production goals
Identify and address deviations to prevent non-conforming products
Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
Qualificatioperksns
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing preferred
Ability to follow procedures and schedules independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to lift: 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Weekly Pay
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Pay Details $22.00 per hour
