Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of up‑coming engineers, working in an office design setting and on the production floor, counseling clients.
Take a higher‑level view of projects, ensuring that the full design intent of the customer is captured while working cross‑collaboratively with other senior level team members.
Recognize when additional disciplines must be involved to maneuver the nuances of a project.
Provide flexible, client‑centric solutions, especially for startup clients who are still designing their processes, collaborating with them, counseling them and working together to achieve the needed design.
