Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) needed at packaging solutions manufacturer in Middletown, OH!

Pay Range: $31.95 – $34.61/hour (based on experience and skill set). Schedule is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Overtime required as needed based on production and support demands.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining production machinery, mechanical systems, and facility equipment. This role supports operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and a safe working environment within a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems
Diagnose equipment issues by observation, testing, and sound analysis
Disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble machinery and components
Inspect parts for defects, wear, and dimensional accuracy
Adjust and align functional parts and control instruments
Install new or upgraded mechanical and structural components
Lubricate, clean, and service equipment to ensure optimal performance
Start and test equipment to verify proper operation
Operate maintenance tools and machinery safely and effectively
Document maintenance work and track equipment history
Identify and communicate future maintenance or equipment needs
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
Maintain regular, reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended hours as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
High school diploma or GED
