What You’ll Do
Lead fun, engaging fitness sessions for children and teens (ages 5–17)
Run group fitness classes and day camp programs that promote movement, teamwork, and confidence
Design creative workouts that build strength, coordination, agility, and motor skills
Keep energy high while motivating kids of all abilities and experience levels
Adapt programming for different age groups, group sizes, and activity levels
Ensure safety, proper exercise form, and positive behavior management
Communicate with program leaders, parents, and staff as needed
Track participation and progress using the GYMGUYZ App when applicable
Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session
What You Bring
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification (required)
Experience working with kids in fitness, sports, camps, or education
High energy, patience, and a natural ability to connect with youth
Strong communication and group leadership skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to transport light fitness equipment
Bonus Points For
Youth Fitness or Youth Exercise Specialist certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, IYCA)
Experience leading day camps, PE-style classes, or youth group fitness
Background in youth athletic development or sports performance
