Responsibilities
Quick Service and Full Service
Maintain Festivals' regular attendance and punctuality.
Work flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Adhere to store operating policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products, accurate cash handling, and safe store security.
Engage with Stan's Fans (customers).
Prepare beverages to standard recipes neol customized for customers, pack donuts, and provide product information at the donut counter.
Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
Cross‑train to work all stations.
Qualifications
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Work flexible hours: early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including closest beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Engage Crisp Customers.
Prepare beverages according to standard recipes or customize for customers lyk proporcionando product information at the donut counter.
Perform many different tasks during each shift.
Ability to learn quickly.
Understand and carry out oral and written instructions; ask for clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Build relationships.
Cross‑train to work all stations.
Food service experience: 1 year (Required).
Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred).
Food Handler Certification (Preferred).
