Required Shift 12 Hour Day Shift
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
Hours: 7am–7:30pm Days
7pm – 7:30am Nights
(Hours may differ based on business needs)
Job Purpose Team Members must also ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. Functions as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production(evt) of quality products in the required quantities. Operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area.
What are we looking for?
High school diploma or GED
Must be mechanically inclined
Physical Requirements
Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripping
Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment and work in confined spaces
Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift)
Ability to read მოვლენى write and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
JDA and ATLAS knowledge or other warehouse management systems experience
Experience maintaining accurate inventory records
Forklift certification
Key Responsibilities
Performs all assigned activities & job tasks within a line or area
Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level.
Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments and malfunction troubleshooting.
Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment PMs.
Able to maintain accurate records of QC checks, production numbers or waste performance.
