Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate reasonable and religious accommodations.
Conduct discrimination complaint intake, process and track EEO inquiries.
Coordinate and conduct EEO training.
Provide EEO guidance to staff, supervisors, and managers.
Consult with the Executive Director and assist with special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Analyst II classification.
Minimum experience and education as outlined in the Class Specification.
Desirable Qualifications
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the state workforce.
Comfort facilitating trainings and public speaking.
Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to EEO.
