Baton Rouge, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Hydraulic Modeler/Analyst for a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hydraulic modeling, analyzing water and wastewater systems, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure efficient operations.
Essential Duties:
Build, calibrate, and validate hydraulic models Perform fire flow tests for model calibration Maintain hydraulic models as modifications to the systems are made Identify problems in the distribution system and provide solutions to improve water distribution Create unidirectional flushing programs Analyze steady state and extended period simulations Requirements / Skills:
Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software, specifically WaterCAD Experience in analyzing water and wastewater systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements:
