Join the Adventure! Lawson Adventure Park & Resort is accepting applications for Outdoor Aerial Guides. If you love climbing mountains, ziplining, and other fun outdoor activities apply today for an opportunity to guide with us for the 2023 summer.
Note: We will be hosting 2 Aerial training sessions May 13-17 and June 3-7 onsite. Training cost is associated.
Responsibilities
Guiding groups of guests on the Via Ferrata mountain climb and Zipline Guides must be able to handle fear of heights Following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Trained on all aerial activities Ensure guests enjoy their time spent at Lawson Adventure Park & Resort Requirements
LAP&R Training or other equivalent trains experiance. Capable of positive guest interaction, engaging in conversation, making the attractions fun for everyone involved Naturally outgoing and positive attitude Must not be afraid of heights as some of the attractions require climbing to high elevations. CPR certification (Must acquire if hired uncertified. A CPR Training class will be hosted onsite on May 18th.) Experience: Activity guide: 1 year (preferred) Education: High school License: CPR/First Aid Required for Commercial Trips Compensation
Pay will be per hour with additional compensation based on experience level
New Guides: $13.86 – $14.50 Trip Lead: $14.11 – $15.25
