Architectural Drafter

New Orleans, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Architect or Architectural Draftsman with strong Revit proficiency to support high-end residential and commercial design projects.
Essential Duties:
Develop and manage Revit models from schematic design through full construction documents
Produce complete, permit-ready drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules
Incorporate markups and redlines quickly and accurately
Coordinate drawings for clarity, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes
Work directly with the owner/architect to support design intent and project delivery
Requirements/Skills:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience using Revit in an architecture or drafting role
Experience in residential and/or commercial architectural projects
Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and permitting processes
Ability to work efficiently in a small-office environment and communicate effectively
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while producing drawings
Ability to work at a computer for prolonged durations
Ability to manage typical office tasks associated with architectural production
