Position Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to architect, execute, and scale our demand generation engine across both the investor (DTC) and property management (B2B) segments. This role is central to our next phase of growth and requires a strategic, data‑driven marketer capable of building full‑funnel programs, owning multi‑channel paid media, optimizing lifecycle and nurture flows, and driving measurable pipeline impact. This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who thrives in fast‑moving environments, is deeply analytical, understands how to build systems that scale, and knows how to turn creative ideas into high‑performing growth programs. You will partner closely with Product, RevOps, Sales, and external agencies to accelerate revenue growth and expand Lineage's national footprint.
Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Paid Media
Build and execute multi‑channel demand generation strategies targeting real estate investors and property managers
Own Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Native/Display advertising campaigns end‑to‑end
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
Develop landing pages, funnels, and offers aligned to persona‑specific journeys
Lifecycle, Email & Marketing Automation
Architect and optimize lifecycle programs across all stages of the funnel
Build nurture sequences for investors, PMs, returning prospects, and education‑first audiences
Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization at scale
Write high‑performing email campaigns
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Maintain and optimize GA4 tracking, measurement, and integrations
Build dashboards to monitor channel performance and marketing‑sourced pipeline
Manage attribution frameworks and continuously refine spend allocation
Partner with the Director of Marketing on revenue forecasting and KPI reporting
Content, Creative, and Brand Execution
Ensure consistency with Lineage's brand guidelines and messaging architecture
Support SEO efforts with content briefs, keyword validation, and funnel mapping
Website & CRO
Partner with the Director of Marketing and Webflow resources to maintain and optimize high‑performing pages
Implement A/B tests across landing pages, ads, and email campaigns
Improve onsite conversion rates in partnership with UX and analytics
Agency & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Manage relationships with paid media, SEO, and RevOps agencies
Work closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback loops, scoring, and routing
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and RevOps on data integrations and tracking
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
Proven track record executing integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads, revenue, and measurable ROI
Expertise in paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, display/retargeting, and emerging channels
Deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot (workflows, scoring, lifecycle, attribution, reporting)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action
Hands‑on experience with GA4, UTM frameworks, Looker Studio dashboards, and cross‑channel attribution
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and the ability to build, optimize, and scale nurture programs for multiple personas
Demonstrated ability to develop high‑performing landing pages, email campaigns, and funnel optimizations (CRO experience a plus)
Strong competency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and creative asset development
Ability to collaborate with design stakeholders on brand systems, visual direction, and creative testing
Comfort with Webflow and/or WordPress for landing page builds and updates
Basic understanding of HTML (bonus)
Skilled at writing compelling ad copy, email sequences, social posts, and content variations
Experience leveraging AI tools for content generation, research, targeting, and optimization
Experience in DTC and B2B SaaS marketing is required
Experience in real estate, proptech, investing, or fintech is strongly preferred
Additional Requirements
Operate a computer and sit for long periods of time
Repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers
