Senior Architect – St. Louis, MO
Haskell is a global network of experts providing integrated design, engineering, construction, and professional services. Our St. Louis office is seeking a Senior Architect to produce best‑in‑class designs for a wide variety of industrial and federal project types.
Overview As a Senior Architect at Haskell’s Design and Consulting Services team, you will treat each project like your own business, from upfront face‑to‑face meetings with owners through concept development, construction documents, and construction administration.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial project meetings, understand program objectives, and translate owner vision into design solutions.
Lead the development of architectural drawings, models, and construction documents from concept through construction.
Use 3‑D modeling and Revit to create client‑oriented visualizations that inform decisions.
Manage medium‑to‑mid‑size projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
Collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and procurement teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Represent Haskell at client and project meetings and maintain professional relationships.
Qualifications
Licensed professional architect (registration preferred, but candidates who can obtain licensure within a year will be considered).
Experience with industrial and federal facilities, including greenfield and brownfield projects.
Strong proficiency in 3‑D modeling and Revit.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and translate client needs into design concepts.
