We are seeking a seasoned litigator with a focus on securities defense, regulatory enforcement, and complex business litigation. Priority is given to candidates licensed in FL, TX, PA, OH, MI, CA, or NY, with a pressing need in Florida and Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities. Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other critical legal documents. Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to safeguard client interests. Negotiate settlements and collaborate with opposing counsel to resolve disputes. Advise clients on legal risks and business strategies related to litigation matters. Oversee discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active Bar License in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 4-9 years of experience in commercial litigation and business disputes. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Capability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Skills
Experience with broker-dealer disputes, securities matters, and regulatory enforcement actions. Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms. Knowledge of current legal trends and developments in commercial litigation. Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $175,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
