Litigation Counsel
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Counsel to provide expert legal advice and representation in various litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contract law and litigation, with the ability to navigate complex legal challenges effectively. As a Litigation Counsel, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering favorable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal counsel on litigation matters related to contract law and compliance.
* Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
* Manage all aspects of case preparation, including trial preparation and evidence analysis.
* Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
* Engage in negotiation and dispute resolution to settle cases effectively.
* Provide client counseling and maintain strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during litigation.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance.
* Proven skills in trial preparation and court appearances.
* Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
Salary: $150,000 - $160,000
