Main Activities and Responsibilities Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager – Bus Management, Transport, the Bus Supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA26 Transport team, and work in close collaboration with the Bus Manager and other key individuals responsible for delivering the implementation of FIFA Constituent Bus Systems operations.至少, this role will support planning and execution PMA & Referee bus system for the duration of the FIFA26.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Bus Supervisor for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
Assist in the readiness of a specific client group bus operations. Client Groups are PMA’s, Referees, Guests, Workforce, and Media.
Assist in the Implementation of daily transport program of assigned Client Group.
Re-scheduling buses according to the revised needs and demands.
Coordination with Bus services manager/supervisor for daily activities.
Prepares reports on operational activities and incidents.
Support the execution, including in the field, of alternative and emergency plans to ensure timely performance and restoration of bus service.
Identify performance能够 deviations, США progressive disciplinary actions, and respond, based on Service Level Agreements and Operations Planning, and report them to the Bus Management Manager.
Assist to Bus Manager to design and implement Bus روحOperation Plan across United States, Canada and Mexico to service all FIFA Constituent Groups, based on FIFA requirements and agreed service levels including but not limited to:
World Cup Tournament
Test Events
Team and Referees Workshops
Other side events
Assist the integration of Bus Operations into Overall Transportation Plan, as well as correlation with all other Transport services and operations.
Content preparation (slides, handouts, etc.) and preparation of reports for the FWC26-related working meetings.
Preparing training content for staff, contractors and drivers, and assisting in the implementation of training sessions, to ensure that bus services are provided in accordance with the Plan.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from support staff, managers, and clients. Individuals must be motivated, capable of working independently, with written and oral communication skills.
Your Profile Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or business administration, or experience related to position.
Work Experience
Transport work experience: ideally within the football, sport event or experience as a Bus Operator, Bus Service Supervisor or Bus Instructor, or experience in an equivalent management position.
Transport or Bus operation experience within at least one mega project event, ideally more than one world class sport event (e.g., FIFA World Cup and/or Olympic Games, FIFA Club World Cup, Regional Football Tournaments).
Intermediate knowledge of administration and management principles.
Intermediate knowledge of business process management.
Ability to prioritize customer’s needs, authority requirements, and FIFA26 regulations.
Skill in conflict resolution.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Communication skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Languages Buddhist>
Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
Technology
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
