Main Activities and Responsibilities The Transport Mobility Operations team plays a critical role in delivering all transportation services for FIFA World Cup 26™ client groups, including PMAs, Referees, Guests (VIP/VVIP/Legends), Workforce, Media, and other tournament stakeholders. This evergreen position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of all transport operations across Host Cities, stadiums, hotels, training sites, airports/FBOs, depots, and the International Broadcast Center. This job posting supports multiple Venue Transport & Mobility roles, including:
Transport Mobility Supervisor
Transport Side Events Supervisor
Transport Mobility Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
Support live transport operations from the Host City Mobility Operations Center, monitoring vehicle movements, travel times, and route conditions in real time.
Coordinate with Host City partners, public transport authorities, and FIFA Functional Areas to align city mobility plans with FIFA operational requirements.
Identify, escalate, and support mitigation of transport disruptions, delays, and incidents through established communication channels.
Monitor the Tournament Route Network, shuttle systems, and public transport services to ensure reliable transport for FIFA clients and workforce.
Distribute accurate transport updates to Venue Transport Managers, Bus Operations, and Fleet Coordination teams.
Collaborate with Security, Spectator Services, and Local Authorities to support access and egress between transport hubs and venue zones.
Record operational data and contribute to daily situation reports to support performance tracking and continuous improvement.
Support FIFA VIP and Special Events transport operations as required.
Transport Side Events Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
Oversee on-site transport operations for side events, including load zones, parking, shuttle staging, and driver coordination.
Serve as the primary on-the-ground transport point of contact for side events within the Host City during tournament time.
Develop and execute short-notice transport plans for special or unplanned events, coordinating routes, staging areas, vehicles, and staffing.
Liaise with Security, Guest Operations, Venue Transport, Fleet, and City Transport Control Centres to align access, logistics, and operational needs.
Communicate directly with event leads, VIP guest managers, and Functional Areas to confirm requirements and translate them into transport plans.
Coordinate with Fleet Operations and Dispatch to secure vehicles, drivers, and escorts as required.
Maintain event logs, route plans, and incident reports to support debriefs and continuous improvement.
Support access control measures and temporary road closures in coordination with local authorities.

Your Profile Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Transport, Project Management, Event Management, Major Sporting Events, or a combination of education and experience relevant to the position.
Work Experience
2 years’ work experience: ideally within the football, sport, or event industry.
Proven experience managing rapid-response operations or short-turnaround projects.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive communication, and confidence in decision-making.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from support staff, managers, and clients.
Demonstrates the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
Positive attitude, patience, and persistence in problem-solving.
Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work in an international environment.
Client facing communication and guest services experience is a plus.
Languages
Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
Spanish and/or French proficiency is a strong advantage given the tri-host nature of the tournament (USA–Canada–Mexico).
Additional languages spoken by global client groups are a plus.
Technology
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project).
Comfortable working with planning software, mobility dashboards, and online collaboration tools.
Ability to quickly learn and operate specialized tournament transport systems such as the Transport Management Module.
Experience with ticketing, scheduling, dispatching, or CRM-style tools is an advantage.
