Position Summary ISEC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that support enterprise systems, application development, and digital transformation. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

As part of ISEC’s IT team, you will manage projects involving ERP/CRM platforms, custom applications, and integrations across business units. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and adherence to project governance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in IT project delivery, and expertise in Agile Scrum methodology. A CAPM/PMP certification is required for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.

Collaborate with technical teams and business units to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Ensure compliance with ISEC’s Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and governance standards.

Preferred Qualifications (In addition to minimum qualifications) Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and hybrid project approaches.

Experience managing ERP/CRM projects (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience managing IT projects.

CAPM/PMP certification

Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and experience facilitating ceremonies.

Skills & Abilities

Proven ability to manage medium-scale IT projects.

Proficiency with project management tools and reporting dashboards.

Listens well, asks clarifying questions, and checks for agreement with customers
