We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Contact Centre Architect to join our growing team focused on delivering next-generation,AI-powered contact center solutions. This is a strategic technical leadership role at the forefront of Microsoft's move into full-service CCaaS, where you will help architect and integrate scalable, omnichannel contact center solutions which will include automation and data-driven intelligence to drive transformative customer experiences.

As a key member of our Contact Center go-to-market (GTM) initiative, you will collaborate with pre‑sales, industry experts, delivery teams, and Microsoft to define and execute scalable, intelligent solutions built on Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Azure Communication Services, Teams Voice, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot creating powerful agent and customer experiences across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client CX needs and industry trends to design forward‑thinking CCaaS solutions.

Collaborate with pre‑sales and account teams to shape solutions, estimate effort, and support proposal development.

Define and implement workflows that cover voice, digital messaging, bots, knowledge, and agent assist capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Architect modern contact center solutions using Microsoft Contact Center Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, D365 Copilot, Azure Communication Services, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Teams Voice.

Lead technical implementation across pre‑sales, solution planning and delivery.

Define repeatable reference architectures, deployment models, and reusable accelerators.

Stay current on Microsoft’s CCaaS roadmap, product enhancements, and ecosystem partnerships.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting or architecture roles.

Minimum 2–3 years delivering modern contact center solutions.

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Proven pre‑sales and solution delivery experience.

Strong understanding of Microsoft’s CCaaS strategy and product roadmap.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center.

IVR and call flow design, including routing, speech recognition tuning, escalation, and fallback logic.

SIP, VoIP, CTI and telephony integration (knowledge of SBCs and PSTN optional).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (including Omnichannel for Customer Service).

Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio for conversational AI (design and implementation) and agent assist.

Data modeling and analytics (Dataverse, SQL, Cosmos DB).

Compliance, security, and identity management (Azure AD, RBAC, GDPR, HIPAA).

Azure Bot Framework and Cognitive Services (NLP, translation, sentiment).

Real‑time dashboarding and reporting with Power BI.

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

Certifications from CCaaS vendors such as NICE, Nuance, Genesys, or Five9 (optional but valuable).

Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

District of Columbia - $152,000 - $175,750

Maryland - $140,000 - $175,750

Massachusetts - $152,000 - $175,750

New York / New Jersey - $156,800 - $186,200

Washington - $148,000 - $175,750

AI Architect The AI Architect is responsible for designing and developing scalable AI solutions aligned to a business strategy and benefits case as well as supporting as an AI technical advisor and SME to help our clients scale their AI programs. The AI Architect will need to understand how various parts of the business processes, operating systems, and application architectures work together to design a specific AI solution that fits a client’s environmental requirements. The AI Architect will adhere to Avanade’s AI methodologies and industry best practices and will be accountable for recommending appropriate technology solutions, delivering architectural/technical solution designs, and client proposals. Day to day, you will:

Facilitate team, client meetings and pre‑sales presentations.

Partner closely with our AI, IoT, and Intelligent Automation team and Solution Architects to translate the customer's business requirements to define AI & IoT value proposition and solution scope.

Analyze client processes, identify AI opportunities, and recommend approach based on analysis and client maturity.

Estimate, solution, design, and help drive and deliver AI deals.

Help build AI assets and enable internal and external stakeholders while growing capability and delivering high‑quality solutions for clients.

Assist in delivery as AI SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.

Provide continuous advice, best practices, and quality assurance to AI project teams related to delivery approach and strategy.

Business Development Executive – Microsoft Account Avanade is looking for an experienced seller who thrives on originating, shaping, and closing complex services deals. What you’ll do:

Own the sales cycle end to end: from pipeline creation to signed SOW — including discovery, qualification, pursuit strategy, pricing, negotiation, and close for multi tower services (Data & AI, Security, SRE/Operations, App Dev, Data Engineering).

Sell‑to Microsoft: Position Avanade & Accenture’s differentiated services to align with Microsoft’s AI and agentic transformation agenda.

Create Value Propositions: translate technical capabilities (e.g. data platforms, ML Ops, SRE/Service Excellence) into quantified business outcomes tied to the customer’s roadmap.

Deal governance & forecasting: run pursuits through standard approval gates and maintain high quality forecast hygiene in CRM; partner with sales ops/deal desk for compliant, timely contract closure.

Executive relationship management: build trusted relationships with Director/VP/CVP stakeholders; facilitate solutioning workshops and showcase demos/proofs aligned to Microsoft’s priorities.

Account growth: expand wallet share through renewals, upsells, and cross sell across Data & AI, Security, Modern Apps, and Intelligent Operations; land pilot scale motions leveraging Avanade assets.

Delivery Lead We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage medium to large‑scale consulting and software application development projects within a global enterprise environment. This role requires a strong blend of consulting expertise, client‑facing skills, and technical delivery leadership. You will be accountable for the successful execution of complex programs, ensuring quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.

Within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will:

Lead Program Delivery: Drive the delivery of contracted solutions— including software application consulting and development at the agreed terms, economics, schedule, and quality standards.

Risk & Change Management: Identify and manage program risks, secure senior management buy‑in for critical plans and changes, and provide strategic direction for change enablement activities.

Business Development Executive – Retail & Consumer Goods Avanade seeks a Business Development Executive who is a deal hunter, deal maker, originator and self‑starter who can develop and win new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions. For this role, we are looking for people with experience in net new sales where you are selling digital transformation and consulting services (e.g. cloud implementation, business applications integration, etc.) to enterprise clients.
