We are growing our marketing team and seeking a professional, relationship-driven
Home Care Marketing & Business Development Representative
to own and grow our
Napa-focused territory .
This is a
field-based, territory ownership role
designed for experienced healthcare marketers who understand how referrals are built through trust, consistency, and follow-through.
This is not a “drop off brochures” position.
Territory Focus This position will primarily cover:
Napa County
(Napa, Yountville, surrounding areas)
Select
Sonoma County
communities (Petaluma / Sonoma)
You will have
clear ownership
of your territory with no internal competition for referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
Own and actively manage an assigned geographic territory
Build and maintain professional relationships with:
Acute.rotate care hospitals (case managers, discharge planners)
Selected skilled nursing facilities (short-term rehab focus)
Assisted living and memory care communities
Execute consistent in-person visits based on established visit cadence expectations
Serve as a trusted care coordination resource for referral partners
Track visits, contacts, and follow-ups accurately
Communicate referral trends and opportunities with_WHITE leadership
Represent Everything Best Care professionally and ethically at all times
What We’re Looking For Required
2+ years of healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related experience
Proven ability to build and sustain professional referral relationships
Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills
Comfort with field-based, in-person outreach
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience marketing to assisted living, hospitals or skilled nursing facilities NRC)
Knowledge of home care referral workflows
CRM or activity-tracking experience
Compensation
Competitive
base salary during initial ramp period
Transition to a
performance-based commission structure
once established benchmarks are met
Mileage reimbursement
Performance incentives
