Position Highlights
Full-time, 5 days/week rounding role
Post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities
No primary night call
Fee-for-service compensation model

Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments, H&Ps, and care planning
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive FFS compensation with uncapped earnings
Estimated annual compensation:
$138,334–$164,001 (uncapped productivity)
