Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the organization to patients by providing high quality blood collection and specimen preparation services. This role ensures patient comfort, safety, and accuracy while following established procedures and maintaining confidentiality. Requirement/Must Have: Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience. One year of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard and data entry experience. Responsibilities: Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established procedures. Maintain required records and documentation. Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public. Qualification And Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training as a medical assistant or paramedic preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred.
