Overview Our client is a leading international Catholic ministry organization serving the poorest communities in over 30 countries worldwide. They are seeking a dedicated Receptionist professional to serve as the welcoming face and voice of their organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting a mission-driven organization focused on providing humanitarian aid and Christian outreach globally.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and managing the front desk operations
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using multi-line phone systems
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and package deliveries
Process incoming prayer requests and prepare materials for staff prayer sessions
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Director of Administration
Maintain professional, courteous communication with donors, staff, and visitors
Operate general office equipment including phones, printers, copiers, and fax machines
Support various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Multi-line telephone systems and general administrative office experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
Character: Christian faith and commitment to serving in a ministry environment
Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred: Non-profit or ministry experience
