About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment. This is a fully in‑office position, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced atmosphere and being an essential part of a legal team.

Responsibilities
Assist with document management and file organization for physical and electronic documents
Prepare binders for attorneys, including cover sheets, tables of contents, and tabs for exhibits
Prepare files for new matters
Support attorneys and staff with in‑office administrative tasks
Handle a multi‑line telephone system
Greet clients and guests in a professional manner
Assist with daily incoming and outgoing mail
Scan and copy documents
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of office experience
Previous law firm experience
Work location: 2330 East Bidwell Street, Suite 211, Folsom, CA 95630
Ability to work in‑office every day
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat)
Self‑starter who is well organized and can handle multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize work
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, photocopier, postage machine, and scanner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while paying close attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation Package
Hourly pay range of $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
Overtime paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate, as needed
