What You’ll Be Doing Full-Cycle Recruiting at a High Level Own the full recruiting process across your assigned industry Source, engage, and close top talent Manage pipelines with advanced tech and automations Deliver a white-glove experience to both candidates and clients Business Development & Client Partnership Build and manage your own book of business Maintain deep relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers Identify new opportunities and expand into fresh markets Shape recruiting strategies with leadership as we grow Texas Ownership, Autonomy & Performance Run your desk like your own business—no micromanagement Help lead the expansion of new territories nationally Collaborate with a team of high-performers who move fast and win big Earn uncapped commissions with one of the most competitive models in the industry Who We’re Looking For This role is built for someone with proven recruiting performance —not entry-level.
