Base pay range $35,000.00/yr - $40,000.00/yr We are looking for an IT Recruiter (Technical Recruiter) to join our growing team at TTC Group. Aptitude, attitude and a desire to succeed and progress are paramount. We are keen to recruit a driven individual who will enjoy working hard to achieve a goal whilst being guided and willing to learn. You will deliver an effective delivery service finding suitable candidates for all our tech roles across the US. You will develop candidate relationships as well as expertise within our core service offerings, to enable you to hit quarterly and annual placement targets. TTC Group are establishing its physical footprint in the US by hiring its first remote IT Recruiter. You will receive daily coaching and mentoring from the Directors of the business, with the aim to progress you into an Account Manager role over the next 18-24 months looking after your own portfolio of clients in the US within a specific technology. Role Outline Work job requirements for our US tech clients Using job boards, CRM system and other databases to identify suitable candidates for jobs Develop relationships with those candidates and qualifying their suitability for positions we are working or other future roles Writing job specs and job adverts and posting these across our own website, jobsites, social media and other suitable places to attract candidate applications Carrying out telephone and video interviews with candidates Profiling candidate’s CV’s and submission through to the clients Management of candidate interviews and providing them with any required support Providing client feedback to candidates and then any sequential job offers and onboarding process Attending client meetings with the Directors and Recruitment Consultants Experience & Skills Required 24 months+ experience in IT recruitment Ability to work at pace and in a structured manner Coachable, competitive and willing to learn Drive to push and develop themselves continually Diversity & Inclusion TTC Group operate an inclusive and diverse recruitment process, whilst also ensuring our clients do the same and we can provide any advice or education to them in relation to this.
