HR Coordinator – Consulting Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr We are seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled, and proactive Consulting HR Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our human resources department, playing a critical role in the recruitment, onboarding, and management of our talented workforce. The Coordinator will report to the HR Director and the HR Generalist on a deadline-driven basis. The assignment is 30–45 days with the possibility of extension based on workload. Core Responsibilities: Post job vacancies on relevant job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicants' suitability. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation programs and necessary paperwork. Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy, up-to-dateness, and secure storage. Implement and manage document control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Uphold strict confidentiality in all personnel information and HR activities. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee satisfaction. Provide support to HR and management teams in HR-related matters, including policy development, employee relations, and organizational planning. Proactively identify and address potential HR issues or areas for improvement, using problem‑solving skills to develop effective solutions. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and new‑hire processes. Strong organizational skills, with experience in file management and document control. Solid understanding of confidentiality in HR practices. Excellent coordination and reporting skills. Experience in preparing and supporting HR-related activities. Strong problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is advantageous.
