Role Description MSP Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing calendars, communication, and administrative priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in improving efficiency, organization, and executive effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Provide high‑level administrative support to executives and senior leadership Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentationsServe as a professional point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion Assist with project coordination, follow‑ups, and deadline tracking Support basic HR, finance, or operations tasks as needed Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience supporting executives in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with scheduling across multiple time zones Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or project management software Basic bookkeeping, HR coordination, or reporting experience Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail Experience with Photography and/or Marketing Compensation Hourly rate: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience) Flexible part‑time schedule (within business hours) Opportunity to grow with the organization Collaborative and professional work environment Full‑time opportunities based on performance Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Part‑time #J-18808-Ljbffr
