Position Summary: The Executive Assistant/Special Projects Manager serves as a right hand to the CEO, President, Director of Real Estate and Development, and Senior Vice President. The role requires managing numerous administrative tasks, assisting in strategic decision-making, and handling executive?level administrative functions to support the daily activities of the executive team and contribute to the financial success of the restaurant and development groups.

Essential Job Duties
- Calendar Management
- Manage CEOs calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, events, and ensuring efficient use of time.
- Manage calendars of President of Restaurants and VP of Food & Beverage as needed.
- Communication & Correspondence
- Draft and review emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Update quarterly goals and objectives, schedule quarterly reviews.
- Travel Coordination & Company Events
- Arrange complex travel itineraries for all team members.
- Coordinate charity event participation (e.g., golf tournaments) and organize table lists.
- Organize various company events throughout the year.
- Meeting Support
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings.
- Prepare board packet, coordinate distribution, set up conference room, order food.
- Plan and execute projects, including conferences and meetings.
- Project & Information Management
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records related to executive responsibilities.
- Manage records storage inventory and contracts for all restaurants and support center.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Create project timelines and budgets, track progress.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as directed.
- Property Management
- Coordinate maintenance teams for property upkeep and compliance.
- Support CEO and Director of Development in property acquisition and lease agreements.
- Track property?related financials, budgets, invoices, payments.
- Support Center management.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in restaurant/hospitality industry and property management highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, accuracy.
- Prior experience as an executive assistant or supporting C?level executives is a plus.
- Strong problem?solving, independent work ability.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent English communication.
