NYC IT Inc is hiring: Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager in New York

Key Responsibilities

• Translate leadership vision into actionable implementation plans
• Track and report Organizational Objectives
• Lead daily project meetings using Security Sciences methodologies
• Develop detailed project plans and progress tracking
• Manage Proof-of-Concept initiatives for cybersecurity technologies
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses
• Manage end-to-end service or product delivery
• Provide weekly status reports and metrics to stakeholders
• Coordinate across legal, contracting, finance, and communications teams
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partner agencies

Mandatory Qualifications

• 8+ years managing technical projects
• 1+ year Agile development experience
• 1+ year managing DMARC implementation projects
• 1+ year managing enterprise email security programs
• 1+ year managing network intelligence/security monitoring initiatives
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant coursework
• Experience working with local, state, or federal government
• Experience using modern PM tools: Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, CSP-SM)
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISM, CISSP, GIAC)
