The Team You’ll Join
The Recruiting Executive Network is an intelligence driven advisory community for the world’s most senior Talent Acquisition leaders. The Network mobilizes the collective intelligence of Heads of Talent Acquisition (HTA) through curated peer cohorts, bespoke benchmarking, research backed insights, and facilitated team sessions and workshops. Our team is building the premier destination where top TA leaders come to solve problems, share what works, and shape the future of recruiting.
The Role You'll Play
You will join the Recruiting Executive Network during a pivotal phase of growth, serving as a strategic partner to Heads of Talent Acquisition. You will own a portfolio of industry cohorts and members, acting as the primary steward of their experience and outcomes. By pairing peer intelligence with bespoke research and benchmarking, you will help senior TA leaders make progress on real challenges such as top of funnel efficiency, internal mobility, candidate fraud, compliance, and the evolving role of AI in recruiting.
This role blends executive advisory, facilitation, and relationship ownership. You proactively guide senior leaders toward better decisions by deeply understanding their priorities, the Network’s capabilities, and when and how to connect the two.
This is an opportunity to help build and shape a product that is a core growth engine for the firm. You will have a real voice in how the Recruiting Executive Network evolves, operate with meaningful autonomy, and work directly with some of the most senior Talent Acquisition leaders in the market. As the Network scales, this role offers increasing scope, influence, and the chance to grow into broader advisory or product leadership responsibilities over time.
In Practice, You Will
Own 6-7 industry cohorts, supporting 80-90 Heads of TA
Plan and facilitate executive roundtables, industry cohort convenings, and team discussions
Match members with peers who have successfully navigated similar challenges
Synthesize peer learnings and research into clear, actionable guidance for members
Lead thoughtful onboarding that sets the tone for long term engagement and trust
Travel 1-2 times per month for in person cohort meetings and regional events

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to Heads of TA through ongoing 1:1 partnership
Facilitate peer learning and executive level discussions across cohorts
Maintain the overall health, engagement, and impact of assigned cohorts
Onboard new members and establish strong foundations for long term engagementCapture and synthesize member insights to inform internal teams and product evolution
Partner cross functionally to refine services, content, and scalable processes as the product grows
The Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a high ownership, stakeholder facing role, internally or externally, such as consulting, executive advisory, or customer success
Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior leaders and lead unscripted, executive level conversations
Comfort synthesizing insights across conversations, industries, and data to provide clear, practical guidanceProven track record of operating with autonomy in fast moving, ambiguous environments
High responsiveness, curiosity, and bias toward action, with a history of shaping solutions without a defined playbook
Willingness to travel, with ~30% in peak quarters and ~15–20% in off quarters
The Compensation & Benefits Package
Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Remote-first within the U.S., with ability and willingness to be in our DC office for team off-sites, strategic planning, or other key moments where face-to-face connection adds value
Time Off: Unlimited PTO, plus monthly mental health days
