As an MEP Project Manager, you'll collaborate with a top-tier team, ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. If you're driven by challenges and eager to contribute to projects that make a difference, we want to hear from you.
Position Details
* May manage a team or serve as a project lead.
* Manage smaller projects or portions of larger, complex projects.
* Develop client relationships and provide project status updates.
* Oversee budgets, cost/revenue projections, and change orders.
* Participate in project meetings and partner with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications
* Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and related systems design.
* Proven ability to manage small teams and subcontractors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong financial acumen and project management expertise.
* Proficiency in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
