* Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed about case developments and legal options.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations throughout the case process.
* Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen case arguments.
Qualifications
* Jurisdictional license to practice law and admission to the state bar.
* Bachelor's degree and JD from an accredited law school.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
* Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage cases and conduct legal research effectively.
* Experience with insurance claims and settlement negotiations.
* Excellent legal writing and advocacy skills.
