Job Description
* Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and investigation cases efficiently and effectively.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements with precision and attention to detail.
* Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on legal matters.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
* Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to achieve client goals.
* Maintain compliance with legal standards and regulations.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality service.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
* A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the New York State Bar.
* Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and investigations within the professional services industry.
* Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
* A client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving results.
