Job Description
* Oversee all phases of ground-up light industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
* Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines.
* Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
* Experience: 7+ years managing ground-up light industrial construction projects.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting tools.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Communication: Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
* Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
* Certifications: PMP or similar (a plus).
