Job Description
* Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and overall project coordination
* Manage RFIs, submittals, and maintain accurate project documentation
* Support procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on track
* Monitor job site activities for safety compliance and quality standards
* Help with project close-out, including punch lists and final documentation

The Successful Applicant
* 2-5 years of experience in ground up and interior commercial or light industrial construction
* Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Familiarity with scheduling tools, RFIs, and submittal processes
* Hands-on field experience and knowledge of safety protocols
* Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors
