Job Description
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of light industrial construction projects.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
* Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
* Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
