Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
Job Description:
* Process weekly payroll for 300-400 employees using UKG/Kronos, ADP & Sage software
* Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports to unions and government agencies
* Process benefits, garnishments, taxes, union earnings, deductions and W-2s
* Review, reconcile, and validate weekly payroll prior to transmission
* Assist in audits by providing records
Requirements:
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
* Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
