About Our Client
Our client is a well-established construction firm based in Miami, specializing in large-scale renovations, commercial interiors, and new residential construction. Their primary focus is on interiors, office tenant improvements (TI), and high-end renovation projects.
Job Description
* Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish.
* Manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
* Monitor project progress and proactively address issues.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
* Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or related roles.
* Strong understanding of interiors, office TI, and renovation projects.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
