Job Description
* Assist in managing all phases of multifamily construction projects.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
* Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
* Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
* Support procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with safety standards.
* Collaborate with field teams to resolve issues and maintain quality control.

The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multifamily projects.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
* Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
