The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, client acquisition, and delivering workforce solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct clients across multiple industries.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
* Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in staffing solutions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
* Provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership on business development activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
* 3-7 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions sales.
* Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, permanent, temp-to-hire).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
