Overview We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated
Business Development Executive
with experience in the
staffing and contractor services industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition, relationship building, and workforce solutions, with a proven ability to drive growth and expand market presence. This role offers flexibility for candidates to work either
onsite or remotely , depending on location and preference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing and contractor placement across key industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutions
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and KPIs
Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new service opportunities
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with prospective and existing clients
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools
Represent the company at networking events, virtual meetings, and industry conferences (as applicable)
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing, recruitment, or contractor services industry
Strong understanding of contingent workforce solutions, staffing models, and employment compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences staffing
Established network of industry contacts or previous client portfolio
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Flexible work schedule Option to work
onsite or remotely
