Winton Woods City Schools is seeking an enthusiastic individual who would enjoy coaching Softball for the 2025-26 season.
Qualifications :
* Playing experience at the middle school level
* Preferred experience coaching
* Positive coaching platform
* Background check
* Must have ODE issued Pupil Activity Permit - the district will advise
Duties and Responsibilities :
* Monitor Student Athletes' athletic performance and Academic progress
* Work closely with Athletic Directors to develop competitive schedules
* Collaborating with coaches to organize and execute practice plans
* Developing game strategy
* Directing the implementation of proper methods and skills
* Attending coaching meetings outside the schedule
* Attendance of practices and games
