Shift Schedule; Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048

Pay: $60$ to $65 per hour depending on experience.
Job description
Responsible for the quality and resource management of all patients that are admitted to the facility from the point of their admission and across the continuum of health care management. Works on behalf of the advocate, promoting cost containment and demonstrates leadership to integrate the health care providers to achieve a perceived seamless delivery of care. The methodology is designed to facilitate and ensure the achievement of quality, clinical, and cost-effective outcomes and to perform a holistic and comprehensive admission and concurrent review of the medical record for the medical necessity, intensity of service, and severity of illness.
Job Requirement:
Required:
* 2 years of inpatient case management experience (prefer 3+)
* Active CA license
* Knowledge of HMO and Medicare for the inpatient, home health, and SNF settings
* Epic experience strongly preferred
* Position / Specialty: Case Manager/RN
* Years of experience REQ: 3 years preferred, but will consider less
* First-timers accepted: Yes
* Weekend REQ: No
* Is on-call REQ- No
* Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs-Yes
* Locals accepted: Yes
* Pending License accepted: No
* RTO Restrictions: No RTO in the first 2-weeks
